What You'll Do & The Impact You'll Make:

As a Senior Planning Executive, you'll be a vital link between our clients and our strategic media solutions. You'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and building implementation plans that truly make a difference.

  • Client Partnerships: Build and nurture strong, day-to-day relationships with clients. Dive deep into their business context, competitive landscape, and industry trends to become their trusted media advisor.
  • Strategic Media Planning: Under the guidance of your Manager and Director, you'll produce cutting-edge media implementation plans that align with client business needs and maximise return on investment. You'll assist in pulling audience, media, and performance data, and help create compelling client presentations.
  • Campaign Management & Execution: Collaborate closely with our Investment & Activation (I&A) teams to source costs, identify activation opportunities, and ensure seamless delivery of campaigns. You'll support the briefing and evaluation process, keeping plans on track and performance optimised.
  • Insights & Reporting: Compile and collate key client reports (Competitive, Expenditure, Live Report, PCA), ensuring clear, actionable insights are delivered and reviewed regularly.
  • Collaboration & Growth: Work within a highly collaborative environment, supporting senior team members and contributing to the broader agency culture. You'll have opportunities to share your knowledge and learn from diverse teams across Publicis Groupe.
  • Financial Acumen: Support essential financial processes, including budget reconciliation, PO tracking, and timely invoicing, ensuring smooth operations for your clients.

What You'll Bring to Zenith:

We're looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and passionate about media.

  • Experience: Proven experience (ideally 2+ years) in a media planning role within an agency environment.
  • Media Savvy: A strong understanding of the media landscape, media planning tools, and how to translate insights into effective strategies.
  • Client-Centric: Excellent client service skills with a natural ability to build rapport and understand business objectives.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data, reporting, and identifying actionable insights to drive performance.
  • Communication Pro: Clear, concise, and confident in both written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.
  • Organisational Whiz: Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised, and adept at managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives on working with others and contributing to a positive agency environment.
