Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts. This role offers a valuable opportunity to learn the end-to-end hiring process and gain hands-on experience in sourcing and engaging top talent. Responsibilities include assisting in candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, managing the Talent Acquisition database, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
Must Have
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Update and manage the Talent Acquisition database, including HRDF-related administrative tasks
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals
