Lovable is seeking a senior Recruiter for Executive Hiring & M&A to drive strategic growth. This role involves partnering with founders and leadership to define and execute executive hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, and support M&A initiatives. The recruiter will lead end-to-end executive searches, assess talent for acqui-hires, conduct high-signal interviews, and act as an ambassador for Lovable within executive networks, contributing to building a generation-defining company.

We’re looking for a senior Recruiter (Executive Hiring & M&A) to fuel Lovable’s next phase of strategic growth. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our founders, leadership team, and corp dev team to hire senior leaders, build executive pipelines ahead of need, and support talent-driven M&A and acqui-hire opportunities. You’ll operate at the intersection of recruiting, strategy, and deal execution, helping us attract world-class leaders and exceptional teams to build a generation-defining company.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with the CEO, founders, and leadership team to define and execute our executive hiring strategy
  • Build and maintain long-term pipelines for senior leadership roles across engineering, product, Design, GTM, and operations
  • Lead end-to-end executive searches, from role scoping and sourcing through closing and onboarding (you will also be managing our exec search firms).
  • Support M&A and acqui-hire initiatives by assessing talent, engaging founders and leadership teams, and collaborating with internal stakeholders throughout the process
  • Conduct high-signal interviews focused on leadership capability, track record, values, and long-term potential
  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience with thoughtful communication and rigorous feedback (you will work hand to hand with coordination)
  • Act as an ambassador for Lovable within executive, founder, and operator networks
  • Stay close to market trends in executive compensation, leadership hiring, and talent-driven M&A

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience recruiting senior leaders and executives (VP, C-level, or equivalent), ideally in high-growth tech or SaaS environments
  • Experience supporting or partnering on M&A, acqui-hires, or strategic talent acquisitions (in-house, VC, PE, corp dev, or retained search backgrounds all welcome)
  • Strong judgment and discretion when working on confidential, high-stakes searches
  • Ability to partner closely with founders, executives, and board members as a trusted hiring advisor
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior candidates and stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building pipelines ahead of demand
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools (Ashby preferred) and strong process discipline
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset -you don’t wait for mandates, you spot opportunities
