Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous administration, verification, and manipulation of physical and digital information assets, ensuring their correct disposition, preservation, and retrieval for our clients. You will manage the document flow, performing loans, returns, preparation, insertions, re-archiving, coding, and classification of information. You will also collaborate in data verification and preparation, including validating databases against documents, and ensure logistics and compliance by moving equipment and supplies between warehouses using authorized vehicles, ensuring proper handling of all assigned elements, tools, and equipment.

Must Have

  • Minimum 3 months of experience in similar roles such as administrative assistant, archive assistant, or data entry clerk
  • Handling of document management applications
  • Proven ability for organized, methodical handling and attention to detail
  • High school graduate

Good to Have

  • Preferably (not essential) a student of technical careers in information systems and/or archiving

Job Description

Iron Mountain is looking for a motivated Archive Assistant to join our Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous administration, verification, and manipulation of physical and digital information assets, ensuring their correct disposition, preservation, and retrieval for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • ### Manage document flow: Perform loans, returns, preparation, insertions, re-archiving, coding, and classification of information managed in the process.
  • ### Collaborate in data verification and preparation: Execute the verification, preparation, and readiness of documentary information, including the validation of databases against documents (database validation vs. documents).
  • ### Ensure logistics and compliance: Perform movements of equipment and supplies, and displacements between warehouses using authorized vehicles, ensuring the correct handling of all assigned elements, tools, and equipment.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • ### Experience: Minimum 3 months of experience in similar roles such as administrative assistant, archive assistant, or data entry clerk.
  • ### Technical Knowledge: Handling of document management applications.
  • ### Proven Ability: Capacity for organized, methodical handling and attention to detail.
  • ### Education: High school graduate. It is preferable (not essential) to be a student of technical careers in information systems and/or archiving.
