Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Motorized Messenger to join its Operations team in Bogotá. This role involves ensuring the timely and secure movement of documents, boxes, and correspondence, acting as a key link between facilities and clients. Responsibilities include managing internal and external deliveries, ensuring proper handling of requests, and adhering to operational procedures while maintaining high customer service standards.

Must Have

  • Minimum six months of experience driving a motorcycle or as an internal messenger.
  • A1 Driving License (essential).
  • Own motorcycle with all documents in order (mandatory insurance, technical-mechanical review).
  • Solid knowledge of Bogotá addresses and nomenclature.
  • Adaptability, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to follow operational procedures and provide customer service.

  • Monthly salary: $1,442,457 COP + Mobility allowance of $685,883 COP.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Direct hiring and job stability with an initial 3-month fixed contract, with possibility of extension.

Iron Mountain is looking for a motivated Motorized Messenger to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe movement of documents, boxes, and correspondence, serving as a key link between facilities and clients in Bogotá.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and perform internal and external correspondence deliveries and receipts, ensuring the correct location and status of all errands.
  • Ensure adequate attention to internal and external client messaging requests, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Comply with operational procedures and ensure the correct handling, care, and wearing of uniforms and all assigned elements for the performance of duties.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum six (6) months of experience driving a motorcycle and/or as an internal messenger in business environments.
  • A1 Driving License (essential) and own motorcycle with all documents in order (mandatory insurance, technical-mechanical review).
  • Solid knowledge of addresses and nomenclature of the city of Bogotá.
  • Adaptability, responsibility, and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to follow operational procedures and provide customer service.

This position offers the following benefits and conditions:

  • Monthly Salary: $1,442,457 COP + Mobility Allowance of $685,883 COP.
