Electric Vehicles Expert M/F

In the context of new projects concerning industrial vehicles (Buses), you will be responsible for monitoring the industrialization of the electrical part of the vehicles in conjunction with product development and process teams. This includes addressing industrial startup issues, proposing and approving new concepts and modifications, and validating vehicles at the end of the line.

Must Have

• Monitor the industrialization of the electrical part of industrial vehicles (Buses).
• Follow vehicles during manufacturing on the assembly line, in conjunction with the electrical design office.
• Manage and process industrial actions related to line problems, improvement requests, and modification requests, respecting quality, cost, and deadline objectives.
• Pilot and communicate on the progress of actions in relation with various group departments (design office).
• Validate vehicles at the end of the line for electrical and assembly aspects.
• Electrical Engineering degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in cross-functional project management (product/process) in the vehicle or special machine sector.
• Proficiency in English.
• Technical expertise, rigor, analytical skills, and good interpersonal skills.

Job Description

As part of new projects concerning industrial vehicles (Buses), you will be responsible for monitoring the industrialization of the electrical part of the vehicles in conjunction with the product development teams and the process teams in order to have the studies address problems related to industrial startup, and to propose, evaluate, and approve new concepts and product modifications.

• You will monitor vehicles currently in manufacturing on the assembly line, in conjunction with the electrical design office.
• You will manage and process industrial actions related to problems on the line, process improvement requests, modification requests, in compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives.
• In relation with the various departments of the group (design office), you will pilot and communicate on the progress of actions.
• You will validate vehicles at the end of the line for electrical and assembly aspects.

Qualifications

With an Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, you have at least 5 years of experience in cross-functional project management (product/process), in the vehicle or special machine sector.

You are proficient in English.

Your technical expertise, combined with your rigor, your analytical skills, and your interpersonal skills will allow you to successfully complete this project.
