SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES is looking for a Methods Technician for its industrialization department. Your main tasks include monitoring the industrialization of new products, implementing productivity plans, contributing to the UAP's industrial strategy, leading continuous improvement projects, ensuring compliance of technical files, and training teams on methodological tools.
Must Have
- Monitor the industrialization of new products and implement the productivity plan
- Contribute to the UAP's industrial strategy and achievement of performance objectives
- Lead continuous improvement projects (productivity, ergonomics)
- Ensure compliance of technical files and document updates
- Train teams on methodological tools (SMED, PDCA, Hoshin)
- BAC+2 or equivalent education and significant experience in production or methods
- Knowledge of office software (Word, Excel...)
- Knowledge of quality management tools (FMEA, Surveillance Plan, 5S, PDCA/FTA, QRQC, CP/CPK, 5 Whys...)
- Knowledge of cycle and operational time measurement techniques
Good to Have
- Basic English
