Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join its Operations team. This role involves the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information. Responsibilities include executing secure material handling, loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting items for efficient workflow. The specialist will also securely manage records by moving boxes up to 50 pounds on and off shelving and carts, often using a ladder, and ensuring compliance with physical security guidelines.

Must Have

  • Experience with physical job involving repetitive motions, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail to accurately follow procedures and maintain the security of confidential records
  • Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English

Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Securely manage records by moving boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder. Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.
  • Ensure compliance with physical security guidelines, maintaining the security of customer information and a clean, safe work environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience and comfort with a physical job that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
