Job Summary
Secure Collateral Management (SCM) is seeking an experienced Onsite Fee Administrator in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of agent fee requests, including processing, approving, and rejecting submissions, and serving as the primary point of communication with clients. The administrator will also generate accurate fee reports, ensure timely account updates, and communicate escalated issues. This position requires a decisive, persistent, and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills to contribute to successful account management.
Must Have
- Manage agent fee requests (processing, approving, rejecting).
- Evaluate and respond to appeals for denied fee requests.
- Serve as primary client communication point for fees.
- Generate and maintain accurate fee reports.
- Ensure timely updates of designated accounts.
- Communicate escalated issues to clients or supervisors.
- Be decisive, persistent, and detail-oriented.
- Effectively manage and prioritize critical tasks.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication.
- Promptly investigate and respond to customer queries.
- Conduct occasional outgoing telephone calls.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Manage workload prioritization to meet deadlines.
- Exhibit proactive and positive attitude to change.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 2+ years experience in Fee Administration or related fields.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with collateral repossession processes.
- Proficiency in the G-Suite environment.
- Experience utilizing RDN, Recovery Connect (RC), and iBeam systems.

Secure Collateral Management (SCM), a Motorola Solutions company, is a full-service recovery operation dedicated to connecting lenders with repossession agents for efficient and compliant recoveries. Our technology is essential, but our people are the driving force behind our success. We are seeking an experienced Fee Administrator to serve as a crucial link in this process. You will leverage your expertise to actively collaborate with field agents and clients, accurately determining and processing necessary fees for account management. Your work will directly contribute to successful account management and SCM's overall mission.
Job Description
- Manage the full lifecycle of agent fee requests, including processing, approving, and rejecting submissions.
- Evaluate and respond to appeals regarding denied agent fee requests.
- Serve as the primary point of communication with clients throughout the fee request process.
- Generate and maintain accurate fee reports.
- Ensure timely updates of designated accounts.
- Communicate escalated issues to clients or supervisors as needed.
- The Fee Administrator must be a decisive, persistent, and detail-oriented professional with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize critical tasks.
- Maintain excellent standards for both written and verbal communication.
- Promptly and accurately investigate and respond to all internal and external customer queries and emails.
- Conduct occasional outgoing telephone calls to support departmental and business objectives.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effectively manage workload prioritization to meet established deadlines.
- Exhibit a proactive and positive attitude when managing organizational change.
- Familiarity with collateral repossession processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in the G-Suite environment is preferred.
- Experience utilizing RDN, Recovery Connect (RC), and iBeam systems is beneficial.
Location:
- This is an onsite role in Dallas, TX. All candidates must reside within commuting distance of the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.

Target Base Salary Range: $40,000 - $44,000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
Basic Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of experience in one of the following: Fee Administration, Account Management, Accounting, Finance, P&L, Fee Reports, G-Suite, RDN, Recovery Connect, iBeam, Data Entry, Skip Tracing, Motorola Solutions, Repossessions, Lenders, or prior Military experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
