• Develop software solutions for public safety agencies, focusing on responder workflow and operational intelligence management for both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Contribute as an active member of an advanced software development team, employing modern development practices and tools to deliver world-class public safety software.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications for mission-critical systems by following established standards, procedures, and specifications.
• Create, maintain, and enhance high-quality, resilient, and repeatable applications by modifying existing on-premises solutions and building new cloud-based applications.
• Implement and integrate cloud-native tools and technologies to improve application monitoring, orchestration, and automation.
• Drive solutions for large emergency call centers, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Develop robust unit and automated testing solutions to ensure software quality and compliance.
• Demonstrate deep technical knowledge and expertise in Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management Systems, particularly in public safety and law enforcement domains.
• Apply best practices in case management and digital evidence management to ensure efficient handling and security of sensitive information.
• Maintain a strong focus on data security, data quality, and database administration throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Leverage PremierOne Records to prepopulate reports with CAD data, enhancing report accuracy and efficiency for field personnel.
• Enable field personnel to search for and populate reports remotely, streamlining operations and improving data integrity.
• Configure and scale records management systems to address the unique operational requirements of large-scale public safety agencies.
• Oversee comprehensive case management through integrated, cloud-based records and evidence management systems.
