Job Summary
The Administrative Partner (Xingdie) will be responsible for the daily administrative operations and office environment management of their assigned floor. This includes handling facility maintenance, managing office space, supporting internal departmental activities like meetings and team building, and assisting with daily tasks such as expense reports and material requests. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficient in office software, and a bachelor's degree with at least two years of experience.
Must Have
- Manage daily administrative tasks for assigned floor, including patrols and fault reporting.
- Oversee office environment management, including workstation adjustments and renovations.
- Support internal departmental activities such as meetings, anniversaries, and team building.
- Handle daily departmental work matters like expense reimbursement and material requests.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- More than two years of work experience.
- Cheerful personality, meticulous, conscientious, strong communication and emergency handling skills.
- High work initiative, strong execution, stress resistance, good at thinking, brave in innovation.
- Proficient in common office software like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good to Have
- Proficiency in English or Japanese.
- Experience in large game or internet companies.
- Drawing and data analysis skills.

1. Responsible for the daily administrative work of the assigned floor, including but not limited to floor patrols, timely reporting and tracking of fault repairs, and statistics of breakfast and afternoon tea quantities;
2. Responsible for the office environment management of the assigned floor, including but not limited to workstation adjustments, office renovations, etc.;
3. Handle internal activities of the interfacing department, including but not limited to meeting support, project team anniversaries, team building, etc.;
4. Handle daily work matters of the interfacing department, including but not limited to expense reimbursement, material application, catering orders, etc.;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the interfacing department and superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; proficiency in English/Japanese is preferred;
2. More than two years of work experience, experience in large game/internet companies is preferred;
3. Cheerful personality, meticulous and conscientious work, strong communication skills and emergency handling ability;
4. High work initiative, strong execution, strong stress resistance, good at thinking, brave in innovation;
5. Proficient in common office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, drawing and data analysis skills are preferred.
