You'll be bringing calm, warmth, and organization to what could otherwise be chaos. This isn't a role for someone looking to maintain a static program; it's for someone who's genuinely passionate about creating exceptional global new hire experiences even when things move at rapid speed. You'll need to be deeply dedicated, adaptable, and energized by the challenge of building systems that scale while maintaining the human touch that makes onboarding at Lovable special.
Why Lovable?
Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with plain English. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products - fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Over 2 million people in 200+ countries already use Lovable to launch businesses, automate work, and bring their ideas to life. And we’re just getting started.
We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.
What you'll do
- Design and own the end-to-end onboarding experience: Create an inspiring employee journey that sets new hires up for success. Build and maintain the systems, tools, and touch points that make the first 90 days at Lovable impactful and memorable.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences: Lead live and virtual training sessions that bring Lovable's culture and practices to life, creating meaningful connections with new hires regardless of location.
- Execute program logistics: Manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and coordination to ensure seamless experiences for every new hire.
- Be the welcoming face on day one: Serve as the first point of contact for new hires, creating a warm and memorable first impression that sets the tone for their entire Lovable journey.
- Develop specialised onboarding tracks: Design tailored programs for managers and executives that accelerate their integration and effectiveness in leadership roles.
- Build role-specific onboarding programs: Partner with EPD, GTM & FDN departments to create additional tailored onboarding that gets new hires productive fast.
- Optimize for scale and continuous improvement: Conduct regular gap analysis to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to evolve onboarding as we grow from dozens to hundreds of employees.
- Ensure compliance and track engagement: Monitor participation across LMS and eLearning platforms to maintain compliance while identifying opportunities to boost engagement.
- Manage global relocation and accommodations: Coordinate end-to-end relocation support for new hires, including vendor management for temporary housing and accommodation providers to ensure smooth transitions.
- Support people-related programs within the Environment team: Manage and coordinate additional employee experience initiatives that support our physical and cultural workplace environment.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in onboarding, learning & development, or employee experience roles, ideally in a fast-paced tech or high-growth environment.
- Genuine passion for new hire experience: You don't just manage onboarding - you're deeply invested in making it exceptional. You find joy in creating those "wow" moments that make new hires feel they've made the right choice.
- Thrives in high-volume, high-velocity environments: The prospect of onboarding dozens of people while building and iterating on programs excites rather than overwhelms you. You bring order to chaos naturally.
- Stakeholder influence: You inspire confidence and gain buy-in from leadership, building strong alignment across the organization.
- Solutions-driven mindset: You approach challenges analytically and find creative ways to solve problems and drive results.
- Relationship builder: You genuinely love connecting with employees and have a proven track record of building meaningful relationships at all levels.
- Highly adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace ambiguity with enthusiasm.

- Presentation skills: You're passionate about speaking in front of an audience and creating engaging learning experiences.
