What You'll Do
- Review and coordinate all aspects of the overall plans for the portfolio, ensuring priorities and deliverables are flawlessly managed.
- Engage regularly with PMO team members and cross-functional teams to track progress.
- Lead a team of program managers to achieve business goals effectively.
- Collaborate with global teams, bringing to bear diverse perspectives to drive success.
- Document and understand processes and workflows with outstanding clarity.
- Report status, progress, risks, dependencies, and issues timely for the allocated portfolio.
- Publish accurate regular and ad-hoc reports, identifying key lead indicators.
- Manage collaborator expectations and address urgent activities and issues.
- Establish and uphold solid business connections with Studios, Product Management Teams, and Regions.
- Identify, quantify, and monitor project challenges and uncertainties, providing updates to Management and Key Personnel.
- Analyze and communicate the business impact of change requests, issues, and risks.
- Facilitate clear communication of concerns and uncertainties to clients.
- Apply various tools like MS Access, Clarity, JIRA, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
- Perform Excel reporting, including Pivot creation, Graph preparation, and Writing macros.
- Encourage a constructive and team-oriented workplace through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Implement continuous improvement activities and deliver flawless results across co-located teams.
What We're Looking For
- 7 years of experience in program management, delivering complex projects successfully.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Experience in crafting PowerPoint presentations and Excel reporting.
- Demonstrates strong interest in working in a Matrix organization.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capability to handle customer expectations and establish solid business relationships.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Capable of working with co-located teams and ready to share time across different locations.
- Positive attitude with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
