The Business Support Associate role within the Saturn Collaboration Team (IEGG) focuses on resource coordination, operational improvements, and internal/external communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, effectively communicating with cross-functional teams. This challenging position is suited for a motivated individual passionate about the gaming industry and collaborating with diverse professionals.

Must Have

• Coordinate business resources within existing frameworks and processes.
• Develop presentations for upper management, partner studios, and peer teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market insights for team knowledge sharing and decision-making.
• Prepare routine reviews and reports, identify opportunity areas, and initiate operational improvements.
• Structured thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for gaming and the gaming industry.
• Courage to stand own ground and take initiatives.
• Solid presentation and professional communication skills, with attention to details.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both oral and written.

• Familiarity with ARPG (Action Role-Playing Game) titles.

Business Support is a key support function of Saturn Collaboration Team under IEGG. This team plays role of resource coordination, operational improvements, and two-directional communication inside and outside of the team.

We are looking for an passionate candidate with high potential to join our team. The successful candidate shall have exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams. This is an exciting and challenging position for a motivated candidate who is passionate about the gaming industry and enjoys working with professionals from diverse backgrounds.

Key responsibilities:

• Business coordination: Close work with functional teams to leverage all support resources for business success within existing organizational framework & process
• Business communications: Develop presentation for upper management, partner studio and peer teams, to facilitate and accelerate business growth
• Business analysis: Stay up-to date on industry trends and market insights for team knowledge share and decision-making reference
• Business operation: Prepare routine review and reports, identify opportunity areas, and initiate practices to improve operations

Requirements

• Structured-thinking, analytical, problem-solving skills are critical to success in this position. Experience in financial analysis, corporate strategy, is preferred
• Avid gamer, passion in prevailing titles and innovative indies. ARPG hardcore is preferred
• Demonstrate insights and passion in the gaming industry
• Courage to stand own ground and take initiatives
• Solid presentation and professional communication skills, with attention to details
