Must Have
- Build and manage overseas publishing and operations teams, responsible for product activity and reputation
- Lead global multi-version product publishing and operations, agilely adjust publishing priorities and budget planning based on data and user feedback, and formulate global publishing strategies
- Deeply collaborate with overseas partners, leverage advantageous regional resources, and simultaneously develop localized operational strategies for Tencent publishing regions to drive activity and new user growth
- Plan product testing and user research strategies, efficiently utilize various data and user research tools, provide product and market suggestions based on user feedback, and anticipate metric fluctuations to develop countermeasures
- Combine game version highlights and regional user preferences to co-create creative content with local creators, leverage PR media and platform partnerships to boost resources, effectively enhancing reputation and activity
- Manage user communication and community operations across global markets, ensuring effective communication of product selling points and resources for all versions, and maintaining various player communities and groups long-term
- 5+ years of complete publishing and operations experience for multiplayer competitive products
- Passion for games and sufficient understanding of mainstream multiplayer competitive game markets and users (domestic and international)
Good to Have
- Experience in Shooter, MOBA, or Action genres preferred
- Overseas co-development experience preferred
- IP operations experience preferred
- English and Japanese communication skills preferred
- Some management experience preferred

Job Requirements
1. 5 years or more of complete publishing and operations experience for multiplayer competitive products; Shooter, MOBA, or Action genres preferred.
2. Passion for games, sufficient understanding of mainstream multiplayer competitive game markets and users at home and abroad.
3. Possess good communication and collaboration skills; overseas co-development experience preferred, IP operations experience preferred.
4. English and Japanese communication skills preferred, capable of efficient communication with overseas developers regarding game R&D and publishing.
5. Some management experience preferred.
