Job Summary
Reality Metaverse is seeking a Junior Social Media & Community Live Ops Manager to join their Web3/GameFi ecosystem. This role involves planning and publishing content across various social media platforms, moderating communities, and conducting basic analytics. The manager will also co-host live events, organize community activations, and provide operational support for announcements. No prior experience is required, but strong English C1 skills, familiarity with social media trends, and a proactive, organized mindset are essential.
Must Have
- Plan and publish content on X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube/Shorts, TikTok, Instagram
- Manage editorial calendar, write short copy (EN), and collaborate with designers and moderators
- Perform community moderation and provide quick responses to Q&A and updates
- Conduct basic analytics on reach, engagement rate, channel growth, and CTR
- Co-host AMAs, X Spaces, Discord Stages, and livestreams
- Organize community activations including contests, quests/challenges, airdrops, and mini-tournaments
- Provide operational support for drops and announcements, including rules and prize allocation
- Collect feedback, maintain FAQ, and surface quick wins to product team
- Possess English C1 proficiency (spoken & written) for live hosting and copy
- Be confident with Telegram/Discord/X and up to date with social trends
- Demonstrate strong organization, proactivity, and an owner mindset

- Interest in gaming and blockchain/Web3
- Willingness to host/co-host live sessions

- games (including Telegram mini-apps like Reality Rush),
- WNFTs and the RMV token (utility, rewards, events),
- a global community of players and investors (AMAs, contests, airdrops, referral campaigns).
We move fast, iterate with product/dev, and explain Web3 in a friendly way for newcomers.
Responsibilities
Social Media (≈60%)
- Plan and publish content on X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube/Shorts, TikTok, Instagram.
- Editorial calendar, short copy (EN), collaboration with designers (briefs/feedback) and communication with moderators (pinning, hygiene, priorities).
- Community moderation and quick responses (Q&A, pinned updates).
- Basic analytics: reach, ER, channel growth, CTR (weekly/monthly reports).
Live Ops / Community Events (≈40%)
- Co-host AMAs, X Spaces, Discord Stages, livestreams (OBS/Restream — we’ll teach you).
- Community activations: contests, quests/challenges, airdrops, mini-tournaments.
- Operational support for drops/announcements (rules, anti-spam, prize allocation).
- Collect feedback, maintain FAQ, surface quick wins to product.
Job requirements
What we are looking for:
- No prior experience required — students and career starters welcome (we provide onboarding).
- English C1 (spoken & written) for live hosting and copy. Polish not required.
- Confident with Telegram/Discord/X and up to date with social trends.
- Strong organization, proactivity, and an owner mindset.

Nice to have
- Interest in gaming and blockchain/Web3.
- Willingness to host/co-host live sessions.
- Basic design/video skills (Canva, CapCut/Premiere) — a plus.
