1. Collaborate with top overseas R&D and IP teams to jointly create high-quality games;
2. Responsible for the overall project operation strategy formulation and execution, with significant autonomy;

1. Build and manage an overseas publishing and operations team, responsible for product activity and reputation;
2. Responsible for global multi-version publishing and operations, agilely adjust publishing priorities and budget planning based on data and user feedback, and formulate global publishing strategies;
3. Deeply cooperate with overseas partners, leverage advantageous regional resources, simultaneously formulate localized operation strategies for Tencent publishing regions, and drive activity and new user growth;
4. Formulate product testing and user research strategies, efficiently utilize various data and user research tools, propose product and market suggestions based on user feedback, and predict indicator fluctuations and formulate countermeasures;
5. Combine game version highlights and regional user preferences, co-create creative content with local creators, leverage PR media and platform cooperation, leverage resources to effectively improve reputation and activity;
6. Responsible for user communication and community operations in multiple global markets, ensuring effective transmission of product selling points and resources for each version, and long-term maintenance of various player communities and groups.
1. 5 years or more of complete publishing and operations experience for multiplayer competitive products, with shooting, MOBA, and action genres preferred;
2. Love games and have a sufficient understanding of domestic and international mainstream multiplayer competitive game markets and users;
3. Possess good communication and collaboration skills, with overseas co-development experience preferred, and IP operations experience preferred;
4. English and Japanese communication skills preferred, capable of efficient communication with overseas developers regarding game development and publishing.
5. Management experience preferred.
