Overseas Cooperation Management Responsible

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for connecting with overseas/domestic investment partners, including overall company cooperation strategic planning, promoting key project business cooperation, and exploring future cooperation opportunities. Integrate and coordinate internal and external resources and communication to improve cooperation efficiency and deepen cooperation relationships;

2. Collaborate with internal teams to expand global IP or brand cooperation opportunities based on departmental game business development needs, and establish deep trust and long-term cooperation relationships with partners;

3. Responsible for establishing and iterating business cooperation workflows and standards within the department to improve internal and external collaboration efficiency;

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of business experience in the gaming industry, with strong strategic thinking and execution ability. Experience in KA partner relationship management or cooperation with leading industry manufacturers is preferred;

2. Deep understanding of domestic and international game R&D and publishing business chains, IP and brand cooperation ecosystem. Proficient in handling business cooperation relationships between manufacturers, possessing business cooperation strategy ability and strong business negotiation ability;

3. Possess professional English business communication skills. Overseas study and work experience, and Korean language ability are preferred.
