Job Summary
The Finance team at Epsilon plays a crucial role in shaping the business culture, providing solutions and insights, and supporting daily operations and long-term goals for Epsilon India. This role is for a highly driven Accounting professional, functionally reporting to the Finance Controller EMEA and locally to the Director Finance in Bengaluru, India. The position involves supporting the UK region with work timings from 1pm to 10pm India time.
Must Have
- 4-6 years of experience in the same field
- Knowledge of principles of accounting
- Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
- Detail oriented and organized
- Post graduate or under graduate in Commerce
Good to Have
- International experience working with multiple time zones and cultures preferred
- Prior experience in an MNC work culture preferable

Overview
About the Business Unit:
Relied upon by leaders, associates and various verticals within Epsilon, the Finance team plays a key role in shaping our outcome-focused business culture. They devise solutions and provide insights that help keep our business on track, by collaborating and communicating with other teams. Empowered with an excellent ERP and forecasting system, this team of trusted partners support Epsilon India’s day-to-day requirements and long-term business goals.

Epsilon is currently seeking a highly driven Accounting professional to join our team. Functionally reporting to the Finance Controller EMEA, this role will also directly report to a local manager, Director Finance in Bengaluru, India. Work timings would be 1pm to 10pm India time as this role involves supporting UK region.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Supporting the Epsilon EMEA accounting and business teams, across several legal entities and countries in the region.
- Reviewing expense claims submitted by employees to ensure compliance with company policy.
- Preparing and monitoring the gifts and hospitality register in line with company policy.
- Supporting the PO preparation to ensure accurate allocation of costs.
- Supporting vendor setup and queries raised by the business team in terms of invoices booked and payments.
- Preparing Intercompany billing.
- Supporting intercompany mismatch review.
- Adhoc requests.
Qualifications
