Job Summary
The HR intern will support the day-to-day activities of the HR operations function, gaining practical experience across all employee life-cycle processes and assisting in the implementation of the strategic people agenda. Responsibilities include supporting internal training and induction logistics, managing new hires and leavers, assisting the HRBP with company plan cycles and headcount monitoring, reporting monthly headcount, providing general HR customer service, and supporting daily HR function activities.
Must Have
- Support logistic and execution processes for internal training & induction
- Manage and follow up new hires and leavers
- Support the HRBP in the Company plan cycle process, monitoring and tracking headcount
- Report the HC as per monthly reporting cycles
- Execute general HR customer service for internal
- Support daily activities within HR function
- Minimum diploma in HR Studies or any related field
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
- Good knowledge in digital tools overall
- Willing to learn mindset and knows how to multitask
- Positive attitude with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills
- Resourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team player

Qualifications
