Job Summary
The Account Executive, based in New York, will support the day-to-day partnership activations for a client's sports sponsorship initiatives, specifically UFC, golf, and active lifestyle. This role involves assisting in the development and implementation of activation plans, managing administrative processes, coordinating with partner properties, and interfacing with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate brand representation at events.
Must Have

- Interface and coordinate with cross-functional teams (internal and external)
- Support sponsorship tactical implementation/coordination at all events
- Minimum 2-4 years of agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience
- Project management skills with high-level attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Job Description
The Role and What You’ll Do:
Based in New York, the Account Executive will support the day-to-day partnership activations of a client’s sports sponsorship initiatives.
- Support the day-to-day management of a client’s sports sponsorships, specifically UFC, golf, and active lifestyle.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sponsorship activation planning and initiatives and manage day-to-day relationships.
- Work closely with Account Manager to manage administrative processes including approvals, asset delivery, timelines, ticket allocations, and recapping.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of materials such as POVs, recommendations, and activation plans.
- Manage relationships with partner properties and coordinate necessary activation deliverables on behalf of client.
- Interface and coordinate with cross-functional teams (internal and external, i.e. experiential, social, or trade marketing) assisting in briefing, ensuring the client’s brand and sports properties are accurately represented.
- Support sponsorship tactical implementation/coordination at all events where agency staff is needed.
You Have These:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience. Specific disciplines could include sponsorship marketing, event marketing, and/or sponsor servicing.
- Enthusiastic and flexible team-first player with a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage the implementation and tracking of sponsorship assets on behalf of client.
- Project management skills with a high-level attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Experience with working with internal teams (account/creative) as well as other agency partners.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Bachelor’s Degree.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$52,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum:
$70,000 annually
