Job Summary

Metadome.ai is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand its footprint in the EMEA market. This remote, India-based role focuses on driving new business opportunities with enterprise clients in immersive technology for automotive, home decor, fashion, and beauty industries. Responsibilities include identifying, prospecting, and engaging enterprise-level clients, developing a robust lead pipeline, understanding client needs, tailoring solutions, delivering presentations, and building strong client relationships.

Must Have

  • 5–8 years of experience in business development or inside sales, with a strong focus on enterprise clients
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence decision-makers
  • Strong organizational skills, with a proactive and self-driven approach to work
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms

Good to Have

  • Experience in the home decor, fashion & beauty, or automotive industry

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

● Identify, prospect, and engage enterprise-level clients in the EMEA market.

● Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads across industries like home decor, fashion & beauty, and automotive.

● Conduct research to understand client needs and align them with Metadome.ai's offerings.

● Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client objectives.Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals to prospective customers.

● Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.

● Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry insights to inform sales strategies

Requirements

● 5–8 years of experience in business development or inside sales, with astrong focus on enterprise clients.

● Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience in thehome decor, fashion & beauty, or automotive industry is highly desirable.
