Business Operations Manager

We're looking for a Business Operations Manager to support our Senior Manager, Business Operations and leadership team with data analysis and operational projects. This high-impact role involves bringing structure to complex business challenges, analyzing data to identify opportunities, and contributing to strategic initiatives. You will gain exposure to a fast-growing startup's operations while building skills in business strategy and operations.

Must Have

• Support leadership and your manager with analysis and research on key business challenges
• Build dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and surface insights
• Contribute to planning processes and help prepare materials for leadership review
• Assist with cross-functional projects, working with teams across GTM, product, engineering and operations

🙌 What you bring

• 1-3 years of experience in a business operations or analytics role, ideally coming from a top tier management consulting firm
• Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze data, derive key insights and diagnose business issues
• Ability to think independently and strategically, with an exceptional attention to detail to drive program management and execution of strategy
• Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights and recommendations for executive leadership
• Strong executive presence - excellent verbal & written communications skills
• Strong proficiency with Excel; some experience in SQL and BI tooling
• High intellectual horsepower with attention to detail and ability to work with autonomy
• You think and operate like a founder; you don’t wait for permission to make an impact
