Job Summary
The General Manager of the Construction Company is responsible for implementing group company decisions, achieving economic targets, and formulating development plans. This role involves overseeing all aspects of construction production, ensuring project quality, managing progress, and maintaining safety standards to ensure client satisfaction. The GM will also lead functional departments, establish management systems, and implement plans and regulations for specific engineering projects.
Must Have
- Industry background: General contractor executive VP or above, real estate city general manager or above, or large labor company VP or above
- 10+ years of engineering industry management experience (including 5+ years as general manager of an engineering company)
- Ability to undertake engineering projects over 50 million

1. Implement and execute various work resolutions of the group company, fulfill various economic indicators assigned by the group company, and formulate the development plan and annual work indicators for the construction company according to the group company's deployment.
2. Preside over the overall work of the group company, be responsible for construction production, project quality, construction progress, safety management, material consumption, etc., and carry out construction according to plan, contract, and drawings to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Organize and lead various functional departments of the construction company, formulate management systems and business processes for each department of the construction company, and organize and implement them after approval.
4. According to the actual engineering project, formulate relevant plans and regulations, and specifically organize and manage their implementation.
Requirements
1. Industry background: Executive Vice President or above of a general contracting unit, City General Manager or above of a real estate company, or Vice President or above of a large labor service company.
2. Work experience: More than 10 years of management experience in the engineering industry (including more than 5 years of experience as a general manager of an engineering company).
3. Ability requirements: Possess the ability to undertake engineering projects worth more than 50 million, and have regional network resources.
