Job Summary

Ruby Seven is seeking a data-driven CRM Analyst to analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights for their gaming and casino products. This role involves collaborating with the CRM Operations Manager to evaluate lifecycle performance, define KPIs, and measure campaign ROI. The analyst will also support B2B partner reporting, focusing on engagement, retention, and monetization. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, understands player behavior and segmentation, and can translate complex data into clear narratives for various audiences.

Must Have

  • Monitor CRM campaign performance across Email, Push, In-App, and SMS channels
  • Define KPIs, control groups, and success metrics for lifecycle programs
  • Conduct post-campaign analyses by segment, creative, cadence, and channel
  • Identify key trends and opportunities to improve retention and monetization
  • Build and maintain CRM dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Provide customized reporting packages for B2B clients
  • Support test design and measurement for A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Analyze impact of segmentation logic, personalization, and messaging variations
  • Collaborate with BI, Product, and Loyalty teams on data validation and insights
  • 4-7 years of experience in CRM analytics or marketing data science
  • Experience in gaming, casino, or entertainment industries
  • Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (CleverTap, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong grasp of key lifecycle metrics (retention, ARPU, LTV)

Job Description

We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented CRM Analyst to transform campaign performance data into actionable insights that drive engagement, retention, and monetization across our portfolio of gaming and casino products.

This role partners closely with the CRM Operations Manager to evaluate lifecycle performance, inform testing strategy, and measure campaign ROI. The CRM Analyst also supports B2B partner reporting, providing visibility into CRM impact across multiple white-label casino brands.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical instincts, a deep understanding of player behavior and segmentation, and the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for marketing and executive audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Measurement & Analysis

  • Monitor CRM campaign performance across Email, Push, In-App, and SMS channels.
  • Partner with the CRM Operations Manager to define KPIs, control groups, and success metrics for all lifecycle programs.
  • Conduct post-campaign analyses to evaluate performance by segment, creative, cadence, and channel.
  • Identify key trends, insights, and opportunities to improve retention and monetization.
  • Create monthly and quarterly performance recaps with actionable recommendations.

Reporting & Visualization

  • Build and maintain CRM dashboards in partnership with BI (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
  • Consolidate CRM metrics (delivery, open, CTR, ARPU, Conversions, revenue, player journeys) across brands into cohesive views.
  • Provide customized reporting packages to the Partnerships team for external B2B client deliverables.
  • Maintain clean data definitions, ensuring consistency in tracking across channels and campaigns.

Testing & Optimization

  • Support test design and measurement for A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Analyze impact of segmentation logic, personalization, and messaging variations.
  • Surface insights that directly inform future creative, channel mix, and lifecycle strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with BI to validate data pipelines, event tagging, and attribution logic.
  • Partner with Product and Loyalty teams to connect CRM performance to behavioral and revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Ops Manager and Director of Marketing to translate insights into new journey triggers and audience rules.
  • Provide CRM data and results to leadership, Partnerships, and external stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4 – 7 years of experience in CRM analytics, lifecycle marketing analysis, or marketing data science.
  • Experience in gaming, casino, or entertainment industries required (social, mobile, or real-money gaming preferred).
  • Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (CleverTap, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
  • Strong grasp of key lifecycle metrics – retention, reactivation, ARPU, churn rate, LTV, and engagement.
  • Comfortable analyzing large datasets and presenting insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects across brands.
