Role Overview
The Business Development – Films position is a strategic role responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities in the film and advertising domain. The candidate will focus on building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and aligning our film production and advertising services to deliver creative and commercially viable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients, including corporate brands, agencies, and production houses.
- Develop and implement strategies to secure film projects, brand collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closure, ensuring revenue growth targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Provide regular updates, presentations, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities in the film advertising industry.
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to align services with market demand and client expectations.
- Propose innovative ideas for brand integration, storytelling, and content strategies that leverage film as a medium.
- Work closely with the creative, production, and account management teams to deliver high-quality projects.
