This role, an Account Executive (Closer), is crucial for converting qualified leads into paying clients. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and closure, ensuring value creation for clients. The position requires strong presentation, solution-selling, and negotiation skills, with exposure to both domestic and international markets.
Must Have
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Own client conversations from discovery call to final negotiation and closure.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges, needs, and opportunities.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations, product demos, and SYNC-aligned proposals.
- Create and tailor solutions across productized SME services, enterprise consulting, design services, advertising solutions, and media sales.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize value.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to scope accurate proposals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates in CRM (Bitrix24/Zoho).
- Proven experience in closing deals in B2B sales.
- Strong consultative selling and solution-design skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to understand both creative and technical aspects of client needs.
- Comfortable working with SME, startup, and enterprise-level clients.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to justify ROI and performance outcomes.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B account executive, sales, or business development roles.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
Good to Have
- Experience in advertising, media, martech, or digital marketing industries.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales.

We are building a high-performance Sales & Growth Engine to scale Infinity into a global marketing process and operations outsourcing partner delivering services across design, creative content, advertising, media, martech, and consulting.
Role Overview:
As an Account Executive (Closer), you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into paying clients. You will own client conversations from discovery call to final negotiation and closure, ensuring that every deal is consultative, SYNC-aligned, and creates measurable value for the client. This role requires strong presentation, solution-selling, and negotiation skills with exposure to both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of leads qualified by SDRs and guide them through the full sales cycle.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges, needs, and opportunities.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations, product demos, and SYNC-aligned proposals.
- Create and tailor solutions across productized SME services, enterprise consulting, design services, advertising solutions, and media sales.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize value for both Infinity and the client.
- Collaborate with delivery teams (Story, Yield, Network, Commerce Pods) to scope accurate proposals.

Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B account executive, sales, or business development roles.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in advertising, media, martech, or digital marketing industries preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales is a plus).
