Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist to join our Marketing Transformation team. This role will be critical in enabling data-driven decision-making for both our organization and our clients. The individual will design and manage scalable analytics frameworks, transform raw marketing and business data into actionable insights, and build advanced BI dashboards that measure marketing performance, customer behavior, ROI, and business growth outcomes. This role is essentially the data backbone of the marketing transformation journey — converting raw marketing + business data into intelligence, foresight, and measurable growth impact for both the organization and its clients.

Must Have

  • Define and manage data collection frameworks.
  • Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and consistency.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of proven experience in data analytics, BI, or marketing analytics roles.
  • Strong command of SQL, Python/R for data analysis.
  • Experience with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, or Qlik.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and marketing APIs.
  • Hands-on knowledge of data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling, regression, and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing KPIs.
  • Experience analyzing cross-channel campaign data.
  • Ability to bridge technical insights with marketing and business strategy.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large, complex datasets across multiple sources. They should be passionate about turning data into business impact, supporting strategic and performance marketing decisions, and enabling data maturity for digital-first organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Strategy & Governance

  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to define data collection frameworks across digital, CRM, campaign, sales, and customer experience platforms.
  • Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all sources.
  • Implement strong governance practices to ensure data integrity and compliance (GDPR, DPDP Act, etc.).

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic), website analytics (GA4, Adobe), CRM, and social media.
  • Build attribution models, ROI analysis, and customer journey insights.
  • Provide predictive and prescriptive analytics to forecast performance and identify opportunities.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Design and automate real-time dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, Qlik).
  • Create client-ready reporting frameworks with KPIs tied to business outcomes (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, funnel conversion).
  • Translate complex datasets into story-driven presentations for C-level executives and clients.

Marketing Transformation Support

  • Partner with Strategy, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to design data-backed growth strategies.
  • Enable personalization, segmentation, and audience intelligence for campaigns.
  • Support automation and AI-based marketing initiatives with structured datasets.

Advanced Analytics & Innovation

  • Develop models for churn prediction, customer clustering, and sentiment analysis.
  • Support experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, multivariate tests) with robust statistical analysis.
  • Continuously evaluate new BI tools, data pipelines, and technologies.

Key Requirements

Education & Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in data analytics, BI, or marketing analytics roles (agency or client-side).

Technical Skills

  • Strong command of SQL, Python/R for data analysis.
  • Experience with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, or Qlik.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and marketing APIs.
  • Hands-on knowledge of data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling, regression, and forecasting techniques.

Business & Marketing Understanding

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, CTR, ROAS, engagement, funnel metrics).
  • Experience analyzing cross-channel campaign data (search, social, programmatic, CRM).
  • Ability to bridge technical insights with marketing and business strategy.

Soft Skills
