Job Summary
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead data-driven, ROI-focused campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role is central to our transformation vision, ensuring measurable growth through paid media, automation, and full-funnel performance strategies. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, and able to combine strategy with flawless execution, driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Must Have
- Own and manage performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and emerging channels.
- Develop and optimize campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement with clear ROI targets.
- Implement A/B testing, bidding strategies, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Build performance dashboards to monitor KPIs for organisation and clients.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews with insights and next-step recommendations.
- Design and implement end-to-end user journey mapping across awareness, consideration, and purchase stages.
- Manage landing page optimization, CRO experiments, and lead nurturing flows.
- Deploy marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ensure pixel/tag management and server-side tracking for accurate measurement.
- Translate business goals into performance strategies for both organisation and clients.
- Act as a consultant for clients, advising them on best practices, benchmarks, and growth opportunities.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, SEO/SEM, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Power BI, Looker Studio) and attribution models.
- Familiarity with MarTech/CRM platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Braze.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Agency + client-side mix preferred.
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta / Analytics preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
###### Paid Media Execution & Optimization
- Own and manage performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and emerging channels.
- Develop and optimize campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement with clear ROI targets.
- Implement A/B testing, bidding strategies, remarketing, and audience segmentation to maximize performance.
###### Data & Analytics
- Build performance dashboards to monitor KPIs for organisation and clients.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews with insights and next-step recommendations.
- Collaborate with data/BI teams to integrate first-party data, attribution models, and predictive analytics.
###### Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Design and implement end-to-end user journey mapping across awareness, consideration, and purchase stages.
- Manage landing page optimization, CRO experiments, and lead nurturing flows.
- Partner with content, UX, and design teams for better creative-performance alignment.
###### Martech & Automation
- Deploy marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) to drive lead scoring, email journeys, and retargeting campaigns.
- Ensure pixel/tag management and server-side tracking for accurate measurement in a cookieless environment.
###### Client & Internal Collaboration
- Translate business goals into performance strategies for both organisation and clients.
- Act as a consultant for clients, advising them on best practices, benchmarks, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with creative, content, and product marketing teams to deliver full-funnel impact.
###### Key KPIs
- CAC & ROI: Reduce cost of acquisition by 15–20% YoY.
- Revenue/Leads Growth: Achieve quarterly targets set for both clients and organisation.
- Funnel Conversion Rates: Improve landing page conversion rates by 10–15%.
- Retention & LTV: Increase customer retention and lifetime value through remarketing & automation.
- Client Impact: Deliver measurable performance uplift for client portfolios.
###### Qualifications & Experience
