Job Summary

As a Senior Recruiter (Contractor) at Lila Sciences, you will be instrumental in expanding the company's operations and business organizations, including Go-to-Market, Product, and G&A, while also supporting technical scaling initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leadership to build high-performing teams, driving Lila's rapid growth and mission. This role involves strategic partnership and hands-on recruiting to design scalable hiring processes, cultivate talent pipelines, and attract top talent across various domains, directly impacting the teams that advance scientific superintelligence.

Must Have

  • Partner with executives and hiring leaders to define hiring strategies, workforce plans, and success profiles
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for key roles across operations and business functions
  • Design and implement recruiting processes and tools that drive efficiency, transparency, and scalability
  • Build, nurture, and maintain proactive talent networks across critical functions
  • Track, analyze, and present key recruiting metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Partner with HR, People Operations, and Technical Recruiting peers to align on talent strategy
  • Represent Lila externally and help grow awareness of our mission, culture, and opportunities
  • 5–7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in high-growth technology or science-driven organizations
  • Demonstrated success hiring for Go-to-Market, Product, and G&A roles
  • Proven ability to scale recruiting operations in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment
  • Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting processes, systems, and tools
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; trusted partner to senior leaders and executives
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with recruiting metrics and data insights
  • Passion for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for Lila’s mission of accelerating scientific discovery through AI

Your Impact at Lila

As a Senior Recruiter (Contractor) at Lila Sciences, you will play a critical role in scaling our operations and business organizations including Go-to-Market, Product, and G&A, while supporting broader technical scale initiatives across the company. You will partner directly with senior leadership and hiring managers to build exceptional teams that enable Lila’s rapid growth and mission execution.

You’ll combine strategic partnership with hands-on recruiting expertise to design scalable hiring processes, deepen talent pipelines, and help Lila attract top talent across both business and technical domains. This is a high-impact role where you’ll see your work directly shape the teams that bring scientific superintelligence to life.

What You'll Be Building

  • Strategic Recruiting Partnership:

Partner with executives and hiring leaders across Go-to-Market, Product, and G&A to define hiring strategies, workforce plans, and success profiles aligned with Lila’s growth trajectory.

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting:

Own end-to-end recruitment for key roles across operations and business functions (from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding) ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every step.

  • Scalable Recruiting Systems:

Design and implement recruiting processes and tools that drive efficiency, transparency, and scalability as Lila continues to expand globally.

  • Talent Pipelining:

Build, nurture, and maintain proactive talent networks across critical functions; identify emerging talent and market trends to stay ahead of business needs.

  • Data-Driven Insights:

Track, analyze, and present key recruiting metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with HR, People Operations, and Technical Recruiting peers to align on process improvements, systems, and employer branding initiatives that strengthen Lila’s overall talent strategy.

  • Employer Brand & Market Presence:

Represent Lila externally and help grow awareness of our mission, culture, and opportunities within both business and technical communities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 5–7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in high-growth technology or science-driven organizations.
  • Demonstrated success hiring for Go-to-Market, Product, and G&A roles; experience recruiting for technical or hybrid profiles is a plus.
  • Proven ability to scale recruiting operations in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Expertise in building and optimizing recruiting processes, systems, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; trusted partner to senior leaders and executives.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with recruiting metrics and data insights.
