Job Summary
Autodesk is seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter for a 6-month contract (January to July 2026) to support Americas (US/Canada/LATAM) Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, strategic talent partnership with hiring managers, advanced sourcing using AI and various channels, and continuous process improvement. The recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, analyze metrics, promote employer branding, and ensure compliance, focusing on attracting top Go-To-Market talent.
Must Have
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders
- Proactively source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of channels
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer
- Regularly analyze recruiting metrics and gather stakeholder feedback to optimize outcomes
- Use data and analytics to inform sourcing strategies, track pipeline health
- Actively promote employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on GTM roles
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency with recruiting technologies, including Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent CRMs, and AI-based sourcing tools
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Demonstrated experience using recruiting data and analytics to drive decisions and improve outcomes
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning, process improvement, and staying ahead of recruiting trends

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking GTM Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting the Americas (US/Canada/LATAM). In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and related Go-To-Market teams. You’ll be expected to continuously improve processes, deliver measurable outcomes, and champion the use of AI and innovative recruiting tools to attract top talent.
We are excited to have you onboard in January as the contract will go through end of July 2026 and may continue beyond that date, pending performance expectations are maintained throughout the contract term, along with the recruitment activity demand.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Partner: Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders across the Americas, understanding their talent needs and providing consultative, data-driven recruitment solutions
- Advanced Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of channels—including AI-powered platforms, social media, events, and referrals—to ensure a robust pipeline of high-quality GTM talent
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Leadership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Set the standard for process excellence, speed, and quality
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly analyze recruiting metrics, gather stakeholder as well as team feedback to experiment with new tools and approaches to optimize outcomes. Lead or contribute to projects that enhance recruiting effectiveness and efficiency wherever possible
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform sourcing strategies, track pipeline health, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Employer Branding: Actively promote our employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships, highlighting our culture, growth opportunities, and commitment to innovation
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies, upholding the highest ethical standards
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on GTM roles (sales, marketing, customer success, sales strategy & operations) in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with recruiting technologies, including Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent CRMs, and AI-based sourcing tools. If you have experience using Eightfold, that too is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills; able to influence and build trust with hiring managers and senior leaders
- Demonstrated experience using recruiting data and analytics to drive decisions and improve outcomes
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning, process improvement, and staying ahead of recruiting trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience). Certifications or ongoing learning in recruiting/AI tools are a plus
