Technical Onboarding Architect - AECO

Autodesk Customer Success is seeking a highly motivated Technical Onboarding Architect for the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations) sector. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to commercial customers, optimizing their product investment, and helping them achieve measurable business outcomes. The architect will design and deliver strategic fast-track onboarding services, provide technical deployment guidance, and create digital content to accelerate the adoption of Autodesk AECO solutions like Revit, Civil3D, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Must Have

• Demonstrate subject matter expertise of Autodesk AECO solutions
• Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers
• Deliver technical guidance based on best practices
• Support customer discovery and delivery of assisted onboarding sessions
• Help customers reduce deployment and onboarding time
• Help customers increase Autodesk Solutions usage and consumption
• Design, Build, Maintain strategic fast track onboarding service catalog
• Curate and create assets to support fast track onboarding services for AECO Product Solutions
• Develop and update digital content adhering to CTS standards
• Collaborate across multiple internal teams to drive deployment efforts with customers
• 5-6 years Architecture, Civil Engineering & Construction or related field experience
• Advanced knowledge of Architectural, Construction and Engineering industry needs and workflows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Civil or Construction engineering
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Civil3D and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud in a production Environment
• Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong content creator for both internal and customer facing audiences
• Team player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility team

Technical Onboarding Architect – (AECO) Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations

Customer Success is looking for highly motivated trusted advisors to help our customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.

We are looking for a professional with Architectural, Civil and Construction Engineering experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments. This person will work closely with existing and future commercial customers worldwide to assist with technology adoption, solutions, and capabilities.

The successful candidate will join the Technical Success team as part of our 2000+ person Customer Success organization – a fast-growing team that values professional development and rewards high performance.

Technical Adoption and Success is responsible for maximizing the success of and return on investment for our commercial customers. We do this by delivering professional and customized product services that help our customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of our solutions.

Responsibilities

The Technical Onboarding Architect serves as a deployment coordinator, demonstrating both technical and program governance capabilities. A Technical Onboarding Architect helps design, build, and maintain strategic fast track onboarding services and will provide technical deployment guidance and best practices to help customers adopt Solutions. By supporting the discovery and delivery of assisted onboarding sessions and establishing working relationships with customers, partners, and internal support teams, the successful candidate will use Technology to help customers overcome barriers and accelerate their business outcomes.

Technical Advisor:

• Demonstrate subject matter expertise of the AECO solutions.
• Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using technology
• Deliver technical guidance based on best practices.
• Support customer discovery and delivery of assisted onboarding sessions.
• Help customers reduce deployment and onboarding time.
• Help customers increase Solutions usage and consumption.

Building Program & Executing:

• Design, Build, Maintain strategic fast track onboarding service catalog and coaching catalog to increase customer success and new product adoption
• Curate and create assets to support fast track onboarding services for Architectural, Civil Engineering and Construction and AECO Product Solutions.
• Develop and update digital content adhering to the CTS standards of quality and consistency, that solves specific customer challenges
• Collaborate across multiple with internal teams to drive deployment efforts with customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 – 6 years Architecture, Civil Engineering & Construction or related field experience
• Advanced knowledge of Architectural, Construction and Engineering industry needs and workflows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Civil or Construction engineering
• Expert knowledge of Revit, Civil3D and/or Construction Cloud in a production Environment
• Additional knowledge of Platform Solutions, Dynamo, Generative design a bonus
• Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience
• Strong content creator for both internal and customer facing audiences
• Strong communicator in English and able to build relationship at all levels
• Team player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility team

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of ’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $83,600 and $144,320. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
