Overview

As a Recruiter at Trend Micro, you'll play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts, managing the full recruitment lifecycle. You'll develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives, leveraging digital platforms, referrals, and campus outreach. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you'll build talent pipelines, optimize recruitment processes, and use data-driven insights to enhance effectiveness. Key responsibilities

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and to source, select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions.

2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.

3. Build and maintain talent pipelines through different channels, including but not limited to, digital tools, referrals and campus recruitment.

4. Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and networking events.

5. Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

6. Ability to strategically think of different approaches to engage passive candidates from all around the world by leveraging various potential sourcing channels locally and globally.

7. Leverage data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment process, identify bottlenecks, and make a data driven decision.

8. HR related project.

Qualification/Requirement

1. 3+ years of recruiting experience in technology experience working in a tech company.

2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or the related domains.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter.

5. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and trends.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
