Must Have

- 4–8 years of experience in technical hiring
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with multiple parallel mandates

- End-to-end ownership of the recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role nuances, and project priorities.
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent skilled in Java, C#, C++, and related embedded or system-level development domains.
- Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, and other niche communities.
- Assess candidates for both technical depth and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain structured hiring analytics and dashboards to track performance metrics — time-to-hire, source mix, and quality-of-hire.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize employer branding.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes, diversity goals, and industry standards.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR, or Engineering).
- 4–8 years of experience in technical hiring, ideally within the semiconductor, EDA, or embedded systems industries.
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts and hiring for product/R&D roles.
- Proven experience in sourcing and assessing developers in Java, C#, C++, and embedded technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with multiple parallel mandates.
- Familiarity with Zoho ATS, sourcing tools, and Boolean search strategies.
