Job Summary
As a UI/UX Designer at Left Right Mind, you will be a key player in defining and designing our next generation of enterprise solutions. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing teams to deliver user-centric, visually impactful designs that leverage AI, HCI principles, and data-driven insights. Your work will help organizations make better decisions, optimize workflows, and create seamless digital experiences. Left Right Mind, headquartered in Pune with teams in California and Dubai, specializes in designing and developing intuitive digital experiences and AI-driven solutions for enterprises.
Must Have
- Create high-quality UX and UI artifacts including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, visual design systems, interaction flows, and design specifications.
- Design AI-powered Conversational UX, Adaptive Interfaces, and Intelligent Dashboards for human-machine interactions.
- Develop interaction and visual design frameworks that make AI outputs explainable, trustworthy, and user-friendly.
- Lead User Research, Usability Testing, A/B Testing, and Behavioral Analytics reviews to refine AI-powered interfaces.
- Rapidly prototype voice, text, multimodal, and AI-driven interactions using industry-leading tools.
- Work closely with AI researchers, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into user-centric workflows.
- Create data visualization patterns that simplify complex information and make insights actionable.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and market opportunities.
- 4-7 years in UX/UI design, with experience in designing complex workflows, enterprise/B2B SaaS, developer tools, or API products preferred.
- Understanding of User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Information Architecture, Computer Development, Software Development, Visual Design Principles or a related field.
- Proficiency in fundamental design principles including typography, layout, grid systems, hierarchy, color, and composition.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer, Origami or Axure.
- Hands-on experience with usability testing, behavior analytics, and user research methodologies.
- Experience in designing enterprise solutions, knowledge-driven systems, and intelligent workflows.
- Understanding of Conversational UX, Natural Language Interfaces, and Intelligent Automation.
- Familiarity with Generative AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.
- Experience with AI design tools and plugins (e.g., Figma AI, Uizard, Galileo AI, or similar).
- Strong skills in typography, layout, color theory, and component-driven design systems.
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into intuitive experiences while managing AI unpredictability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills—work closely with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data scientists, and developers.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile, and iterative environments.
