As a Business Development Team Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of Business Developers focused on acquiring new merchants. Must Have
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to develop the partner portfolio.
- Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize results.
- Support strategic negotiations and key deals.
- Optimize sales processes and encourage the use of CRM & AI tools.
- Implement local commercial strategy and foster a performance culture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B management.
- Strong skills in coaching, negotiation, and commercial strategy.
- Comfortable with CRM tools.
- Professional English required.

Your Role
