Job Description

Progress is seeking a full-time Global Campaign Manager for a 1-1.5 year maternity cover position. This role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, driving demand, fostering engagement, and ensuring customer retention for the Data Platform through impactful marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include developing and executing global campaigns, cross-functional collaboration, budget management, market research, content development, stakeholder communication, and ensuring compliance.
Must Have:
  • Develop and execute global marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Integrate diverse channels to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Utilize insights to generate sales qualified leads and monitor campaign performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies with market needs.
  • Efficiently manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance for informed decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with content creators for relevant global campaign content.
  • Align content with overall strategy to resonate with the target audience.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about campaign progress and updates.
  • Foster open communication channels for alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with relevant regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Solid B2B enterprise software marketing experience, emphasizing demand generation.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in campaign management or a related marketing role.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join us as a full-time Global Campaign Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing brand awareness, driving demand, fostering engagement, and ensuring customer retention through impactful marketing campaigns for our Data Platform.

Please, note that this is a maternity cover position with an approximate duration of 1 - 1,5 years.

In this role, you will:

Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute global marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Integrate diverse channels to effectively reach target audiences at various stages of the life cycle.
  • Utilize existing insights to generate sales qualified leads and monitor campaign performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with teams for seamless campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies with diverse market needs.

Budget Management:

  • Efficiently manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance for informed decision-making.

Market Research:

  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Content Development:

  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure relevant content for global campaigns.
  • Align content with the overall strategy to resonate with the target audience.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Keep stakeholders informed about campaign progress and relevant updates.
  • Foster open communication channels to ensure alignment with business goals.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure campaigns comply with relevant regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.

Your background:

  • Solid B2B enterprise software marketing experience, emphasizing demand generation.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in campaign management or a related marketing role.
  • Strong project management skills, handling multiple projects simultaneously with deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and relevant channels.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
