Job Summary

Barracuda is seeking a detail-oriented Campaigns Specialist to join its Marketing team. This role is pivotal in generating quality leads through various campaign activities, including lead generation, partner demand generation, direct response campaigns, and events. The specialist will manage multiple programs, collaborate with global marketing teams, and support field events, working cross-functionally with sales and product marketing to align with growth initiatives.

Must Have

  • Play a key role in fueling the sales engine with quality leads from campaign-related activities.
  • Support multiple programs/projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with Americas and Global Marketing teammates on campaign plans.
  • Support field events through a mix of logistical, planning, and in-person participation.
  • Liaise with peers and stakeholders in cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing or equivalent experience.
  • A bias towards action.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Detail oriented problem-solver with ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic with team members, management, and clients.

Good to Have

  • College degree preferred or equivalent job-related experience.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Marketo.
  • Knowledge of webinar platforms.

  • Collaborate with Americas and Global Marketing teammates on campaign plans that align with the growth initiatives.
  • Support field events through a mix of logistical, planning, and in-person participation.
  • Liaise with peers and stakeholders in cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, and more.

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $60,000 to $85,000. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
