Tax Intern

This internship provides hands-on, project-based experience with mentorship and support. We are seeking a driven Tax Intern to join the Corporate Tax Team. This role involves assisting with tax planning and research, calculating quarterly estimate payments, reconciling tax accounts with federal and state authorities, and managing various small projects.

Barracuda's 2026 Internship is reserved for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and does not require work authorization, now or in the future. This role is hybrid based out of Campbell, CA and required on site days Wednesday and Thursday.

Tech Stack

• Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software

• Federal and State tax returns, quarterly estimates, fixed assets ledger reconciliation.
• State apportionment and allocation

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $24 - $36 per hour in Campbell, CA. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's education level, job type, and applicable employment laws.
