Job Summary

As a Campaign Operations Specialist, you will execute global marketing campaigns and manage web content using CMS platforms, bridging marketing strategy with technical delivery to ensure consistent, high-quality digital experiences. You will collaborate with international marketing teams to ensure campaigns, landing pages, and web content meet brand, technical, and business standards, optimizing content delivery and site performance.

Must Have

  • Translate marketing briefs into actionable CMS assets for global campaigns.
  • Manage and update content (text, images, videos, banners, forms) across corporate and ecommerce websites.
  • Build and maintain landing pages in CMS platforms like Drupal and Sitecore.
  • Ensure content aligns with marketing goals, brand identity, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams for layout, usability, and functionality improvements.
  • Suggest and implement workflow improvements to optimize campaign and content delivery.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CMS issues, ensuring consistent site performance.
  • Maintain content accuracy, metadata standards, and internal documentation.
  • Review campaign and website assets for consistency, responsiveness, and technical compliance.
  • Support process improvement initiatives for CMS governance and campaign efficiency.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in digital marketing execution or campaign operations.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS Platforms (e.g., Drupal and Sitecore).
  • Understanding of campaign workflows and brand consistency practices.

  • Familiarity with responsive layout basics and campaign asset workflows.
  • Interest in continuous process improvement and campaign efficiency.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS or Javascript and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.

Job Description

As a Campaign Operations Specialist you will be responsible for executing global marketing campaigns and managing web content through CMS platforms—bridging marketing strategy with technical delivery to ensure consistent, high-quality digital experiences.

You’ll work closely with international marketing teams to ensure campaigns, landing pages, and web content meet brand, technical, and business standards.

Key responsibilities:

CMS Management & Web Content Execution

  • Translate marketing briefs into actionable CMS assets, supporting global campaigns. Manage and update content (text, images, videos, banners, forms) across corporate websites and ecommerce websites.
  • Build and maintain landing pages in CMS platforms (Drupal and Sitecore).
  • Ensure all content aligns with marketing goals, brand identity, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams for layout, usability, and functionality improvements.

Quality & Process Ownership

  • Suggest and implement workflow improvements to optimize campaign and content delivery.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CMS issues, ensuring consistent site performance.
  • Maintain content accuracy, metadata standards, and internal documentation.
  • Review campaign and website assets for consistency, responsiveness, and technical compliance.

Requirements:

  • Up to 5 years of experience in digital marketing execution or campaign operations.
  • Must have hands-on experience with CMS Platforms (e.g.,Drupal and Sitecore)
  • Understanding of campaign workflows and brand consistency practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (orchestration & coordination with global colleagues).
  • Comfortable working with global teams and meeting cross-functional deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with responsive layout basics and campaign asset workflows.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS or Javascript and the willingness to learn.

Educational qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in ICT and/or Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media or related field, or equivalent by experience.
