Job Summary
MP PEOPLE is a consulting firm with 120 employees specializing in HR and HRIS, offering 360° expertise. The team supports major clients in human capital management, change management, and the implementation of structuring HR projects. This Manager role involves advising on high-stakes transformation projects, defining organizational structures, analyzing skills, managing social aspects, reengineering processes, and developing change management strategies. Managers also contribute to recruitment, business development, and client relationship management, actively participating in the group's strategic development.
Must Have
- Advise on and implement high-stakes HR transformation projects

- Develop change management strategy & impact analysis
- Master's degree in Human Resources or organizational management
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting firm or recent graduate with relevant background

Job Description
You will be involved in the following missions:
- Consulting and support for framing and implementing high-stakes transformation projects
- Definitions of organizations, jobs, and mobility and recruitment methods
- Analysis of company trades and skills and operational applications
- Management, preparation, and support for the social aspect
- Process management and reengineering
- Target operating model and trajectory
- Change management strategy & impact analysis

Qualifications
- With a Master's degree (BAC + 5), you are a graduate of a top school or a postgraduate degree specializing in Human Resources, or organizational management.
- You are a recent graduate or have 5 years or more of experience in a consulting firm, and you are looking for a position with varied missions.
- Autonomy and the ability to take initiatives in a team and project mode will be assets for success.
