Job Summary
This role involves working within a small team dedicated to the Alsace Crémant production process. The Production Technician will perform various tasks, including operating destemming and riddling machines, maintaining records, managing stock, ensuring the proper functioning of the disgorging line, organizing format changes and machine adjustments, and performing first-level maintenance. The position primarily involves day shifts with rotating 2x8 team work, and forklift operation is a significant part of the duties.
Must Have
- Operate destemming and riddling machines
- Complete all related records

- Perform first-level maintenance
- Specific training in line operation (PLP type) or Bac Pro (TPI)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar agro-food position
- Caces 3 forklift license
- Autonomous, rigorous, reactive, good interpersonal skills
- Proactive for production improvement respecting hygiene, quality, safety

After thirty years of partnership, Groupement Mousquetaires acquired Jean Hauller in 2000. The UP employs 45 people and generates a turnover of 35 M€.
This wine trading house is based in Dambach-la-Ville, in the Bas-Rhin. It mainly produces Alsace wines, crémants, and wines from other appellations (Burgundy, Beaujolais, Savoie...).
The house is committed to various environmental certifications such as High Environmental Value, Organic, as well as food safety certifications: HACCP, IFS.
Job Description
You will be part of a small team dedicated to our Alsace Crémant production process.
As part of the versatility within the department, you will alternately work on different workstations.
The main missions are as follows:
- You ensure the operation of destemming and riddling operations
- You complete all records related to your position
- You participate in the management of our stocks
- You technically ensure the proper functioning of the disgorging line
- You organize format changes and machine adjustments
- You ensure first-level maintenance
The position is mainly offered during the day with rotating 2x8 team work weeks.
The forklift operator function constitutes a significant part of the position's missions.
Qualifications
- You have specific training in line operation (PLP type) or a Bac Pro (TPI)
- You are autonomous and have a good sense of anticipation
- You are rigorous and reactive in carrying out your missions
- You enjoy working in a team and have good interpersonal skills
- You are proactive in improving production while respecting hygiene, quality, and safety standards
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar agro-food position is required
- Caces 3 (forklift license) is essential to carry out your missions
