Must Have
- Lead end-to-end sourcing efforts, identifying high-potential candidates across various channels
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques to proactively build strong talent pipelines
- Apply creative, out-of-the-box thinking to identify candidates for challenging roles
- Own and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer stage
- Develop and implement scalable recruiting processes across multiple functions
- Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and the CEO, advising on talent strategy and workforce planning
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing
- Proven natural intelligence and problem-solving of complex operational and execution tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field
- Proficient in utilizing various sourcing channels, tools, and platforms
- Strong ability to assess and evaluate candidate profiles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in using data analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
