Job Summary
As a Technician III, Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable equipment performance in a cleanroom through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and accurate documentation. You will also support cost-reduction and equipment optimization efforts, assist with installations and inspections, manage spare parts inventory, and prepare performance reports. In this role, you must follow all safety protocols, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to the improvement of standard operating procedures.
Must Have
- Perform daily preventive maintenance of cleaning tools in a cleanroom environment.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and repair of equipment, documenting all activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and complete machine check sheets promptly.
- Execute cost reduction initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance.
- Participate in regular training to stay updated on equipment maintenance techniques and safety procedures.
- Assist in the installation, setup, and inspection of equipment, following manufacturer guidelines and company protocols.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Prepare detailed reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and contribute to the improvement of standard operating procedures.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or any related technology field.
- Atleast 2 years of technical experience in equipment maintenance or a related field.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in industrial settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read and interpret machine diagrams.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Open to employment opportunities in Binan City, Laguna, CALABARZON, Philippines.
- Open to an onsite reporting arrangement.
- Open to a shifting work schedule.
Good to Have
- Industry exposure in the Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing setup is highly preferred.
