Job Summary

Based at the Group Headquarters in Saint Quentin en Yvelines, you will join the SAP competence center in the Finance domain. As part of the APOLLO project, you will integrate the project team responsible for implementing the SAP S/4HANA solution in the Finance and Operations (Service/Planning) domains. You will be the IT referent for the Finance domain, working closely with the Financial Department. You will have in-depth functional knowledge of accounting processes, master the needs of the Management Control department, and revenue recognition methods for service activities. You will play a decisive role in the implementation, evolution, and deployment of the SAP S/4HANA solution within the group.

Must Have

  • Identify and understand business needs
  • Facilitate the harmonization of Finance scope processes
  • Design solutions to be implemented (in close collaboration with integrators)
  • Lead and participate in solution implementation (analyze and formalize needs, track progress, ensure solution adequacy)
  • Organize, actively participate in, and assist business teams in solution validation phases (unit tests, integration tests, UAT, end-to-end tests)
  • Prepare, participate in, and co-animate various project/domain committees
  • Ensure adherence to the overall schedule and various Finance scope workstreams, propose solutions to meet overall project commitments
  • Support the solution and its deployment
  • Configure/administer the solution on FI and CO modules
  • Ensure integration with other SAP modules
  • Facilitate the adoption of the deployed Core Model
  • Very good knowledge/expertise of accounting and controlling professions in the Service sector
  • 7 to 10 years of experience as a consultant on the SAP S/4HANA solution for FI & CO domains
  • Mastery of SAP Finance module configuration and master data management in SAP S/4HANA
  • Knowledge of the integration of other SAP S/4HANA modules (CS, SD, ...)
  • Successful experience on several S/4HANA deployment projects in France or internationally, ideally in a service activity, as a consultant in charge of integration
  • Mastery of project management methodologies
  • Excellent skills in risk and problem management, as well as conflict resolution skills
  • Professional English

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of CO-PA is a plus

Job Description

Based at the Group Headquarters in Saint Quentin en Yvelines, you will join the SAP competence center in the Finance domain.

As part of the APOLLO project, you will integrate the project team responsible for implementing the SAP S/4HANA solution in the Finance and Operations (Service/Planning) domains. You will be the IT referent for the Finance domain.

Main Missions:

Your main missions will be:

  • Organize, actively participate in, and assist business teams during the solution validation phases (unit tests, integration tests, UAT, end-to-end tests)
  • Prepare, participate in, and co-animate the various project / domain committees

Qualifications

Skills / Expertise

  • Very good knowledge/expertise of accounting and controlling professions in the Service sector.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience as a consultant on the SAP S/4HANA solution for FI & CO domains. Knowledge of CO-PA is a plus.
  • Mastery of SAP Finance module configuration and master data management in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of the integration of other SAP S/4HANA modules (CS, SD, ...)
