Job Summary

The HR Supervisor will be responsible for developing and optimizing HR systems and processes, managing recruitment, training, assessment, and promotion of employees. The role involves organizing training activities, maintaining employee relations, handling daily employee affairs, and ensuring efficient HR operations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, over 3 years of relevant experience, be familiar with HR laws, possess good professional ethics and communication skills, and have team management experience.

Must Have

  • Responsible for developing and optimizing the company's HR systems and processes, ensuring effective implementation
  • Responsible for employee recruitment, training, assessment, and promotion, maintaining efficient human resource management
  • Organize various employee training activities to improve employees' professional skills and teamwork abilities
  • Establish and maintain employee relations, handle daily employee affairs, and improve employee satisfaction
  • Handle work orders and urgent matters, ensuring efficient operation of HR work

  • Familiar with human resource laws and regulations, possess good professional ethics and communication skills
  • Experience in managing teams, capable of organizing and coordinating various HR tasks

Good to Have

  • Experience in the goat milk industry or some understanding of the goat milk market is preferred
