Deputy General Manager of Culture, Sports and Commercial Department

The Deputy General Manager of the Culture, Sports and Commercial Department will be responsible for overseeing venue operations, including establishing business systems and policies. Key duties involve developing public fitness, event, and performance programs, managing their introduction, planning, and execution, and building brand resources. The role also includes liaising with authorities, coordinating project resources, and developing venue IP, alongside understanding commercial leasing and hotel management.

Must Have

• Responsible for venue operations business system, institutional construction, and implementation tracking.
• Responsible for the construction of business systems such as public fitness, events, and performances.
• Responsible for the introduction, planning, and execution of event and performance activities.
• Establish and maintain event and performance brand resource library.
• Responsible for the company's liaison with competent authorities and industry association resources.
• Coordinate the introduction and collaborative management of various project resources.
• Responsible for venue IP creation and operation.
• Understand venue commercial investment attraction and hotel management work.
