Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Intern to support our organic social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Meta, YouTube. This role involves planning, creating, and scheduling organic posts, maintaining a content calendar, and collaborating with experts. The intern will use AI-powered design tools to enhance posts, write engaging copy, track metrics, conduct competitor analysis, and stay updated on AI and industry trends. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital storytelling and a flair for design.

Must Have

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling organic posts across LinkedIn, X, and Meta.
  • Maintain and update the social media content calendar.
  • Collaborate with social media experts to align content with brand messaging, positioning, and overall business goals.
  • Create and enhance social media posts, banners, GIFs, and short videos using AI-powered design tools.
  • Enhance AI-generated content with strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills to ensure brand consistency and quality.
  • Support in copywriting for posts that drive engagement, awareness, and community growth.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics (reach, clicks, followers, interactions) and prepare weekly performance reports.
  • Conduct social listening and competitor analysis to identify trends and content opportunities.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry trends to improve content curation and creative efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X, and Meta platforms and organic engagement strategies.
  • Interest or hands-on experience in AI-based content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, ChatGPT).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to explore data-driven content insights.

Good to Have

  • Basic familiarity with social media analytics or scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling organic posts across LinkedIn, X, and Meta.
  • Maintain and update the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
  • Collaborate with other social media experts to ensure content aligns with brand messaging, positioning, and overall business goals.
  • Create and enhance social media posts, banners, GIFs, and short videos using AI-powered design tools
  • Enhance AI-generated content with strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills to ensure brand consistency and quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Interest or hands-on experience in AI-based content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, ChatGPT).
