Job Summary

This role involves managing the sales performance and operations of women's wear retail stores in the Hefei region. Key responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, overseeing store management, brand image, and sales policies, as well as training and motivating staff. The manager will also conduct regular store inspections, analyze sales data, and implement marketing activities to boost sales. Candidates should have over 5 years of apparel sales experience and at least 2 years in brand apparel retail management.

Must Have

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate overall sales targets and plans for the assigned region based on company marketing plans, decompose them to stores, assist and guide stores in marketing activities to achieve sales targets;

2. Supervise store operations management, brand image, and execution and evaluation of sales policies in the assigned region;

3. Guide and supervise store staff, and provide training, motivation, and assessment for relevant personnel;

4. Regularly inspect stores, collect sales data from retail stores, and propose specific improvement plans for retail sales;

5. Responsible for regional market marketing, supervising and guiding the execution of promotional activities in retail stores, analyzing promotional results, and improving retail sales.

Requirements

1. Age 25-40, able to adapt to medium and short-term business trips;

2. Over 5 years of apparel sales experience, over 2 years of brand apparel retail management experience;

3. Good ability to withstand pressure;

4. Team building ability, ability to resolve emergencies;

5. Performance improvement, mainly in terms of product combined with market response.
