Job Summary

This Human Resources Intern position at Haosen Intelligent in Dalian involves supporting recruitment activities such as job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling. The intern will also assist with employee services, including onboarding and offboarding procedures, and help maintain employee information systems. Additionally, the role includes participating in employee engagement events and assisting with HR data organization and analysis. Candidates should be undergraduate students or above, preferably in HR-related fields, available for full-time internship for at least 3 months, and proficient in Office software.

Must Have

  • Assist with job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support: Assist with job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and talent pool maintenance.

2. Employee Services: Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, and assist with maintaining the employee information system.

3. Activity Assistance: Participate in the planning and execution of employee care activities (e.g., team building, birthday parties).

4. Data Organization: Assist with the organization and analysis of HR-related data, and maintain departmental documents.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Undergraduate student or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related majors.

2. Time: Able to start as soon as possible, full-time internship 5 days/week, continuous internship for 3 months or more.

3. Strong communication skills, meticulous and rigorous, responsible, and aware of confidentiality.

4. Proactive and eager to learn, passionate about human resources work.

5. Proficient in using Office software.
